Porsche is celebrating the 50th anniversary since launching the first generation of 911 family. The 911 family is the core line production of Porsche. Porsche managed to manufacture and sell more than 820,000 Porsche 911 through out the last five decades.



The 997 Porsche turbo is the sixth generation of the 911 family, released in 2006. Engineers succeeded to meet the requirement of customers and racing regulations, by improving the designs of body aero kit to a whole new level. This new Porsche has resulted in a better track car through improved and stiffer suspension, functional air ducts such as brake cooling, extremely fast shifting gearbox and the most important a car design tested through the wind tunnel achieving incredible results. For the first time Porsche installed a new feature that is a sport chrono package, overboost at full throttle. This increases boost pressure by 0.2 bar and torque increase to 680. Porsche has successfully reduced the fuel consumption by 10% to 12.8 liters per 100 kilometers.
