More than 1,000 people expressed interest in buying the new incredible Ferrari "LaFerrari" within days of its debut, so it comes as little surprise that CNBC is reporting the model has been completely sold out.

Designed to be the newest ultimate supercar, the LaFerrari has a 6.3-liter V12 engine that develops 800 HP (588 kW) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque. It is backed up by an electric motor which contributes an additional 163 HP (120 kW) and 199 lb-ft (270 Nm) of torque. This enables the car to have a combined maximum output of 963 HP (708 kW) which allows it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in less than three seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 350 km/h (217 mph).

Only 499 LaFerraris will be built and just 120 of them are destined for the United States where they reportedly cost $1.4 million.
